Jiles Adult Caring Home is a women-owned and managed residence in Orting, WA. A registered nurse leads us, and that clinical background shapes everything we do. We take on more complicated cases that other homes may turn away, and we build an individualized care plan for each resident so nothing is left to chance.

Our daily care covers essential and specialized needs, including senior care, personal care, medication management, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and incontinence care. With nursing experience guiding our approach, we provide diabetic care with meals adjusted to dietary needs, along with Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory care for residents who need ongoing cognitive support. For families navigating end-of-life needs, we provide hospice care with appropriate daily assistance and attention. When caregivers need time away, our respite care provides short-term stays with the same attention given to long-term residents.

The home itself is designed to provide a comfortable senior living environment while offering the support residents need. We offer four private rooms and one shared room, allowing residents to bring their own furniture and personal belongings, and couples to live together. Unlike a traditional assisted living facility, our residence offers a more personal setting where individualized care remains central to daily life.

Meals are home-cooked and prepared on-site, with snacks and beverages throughout the day and accommodations for low-sodium, vegetarian, or other dietary needs. Common lounges, housekeeping, exercise and fitness programs, and recreational activities like music and movie nights round out daily life. Fall-prevention support and 24-hour caregiver presence are standard here, not an upgrade.
